FAQ

There are two ways you can easily book with Jaehee Bridal. One way is to call the store during our open hours with a flexible date and time and a consultant can help you plan your appointment. We also have an Appointment Scheduler that makes it convenient for you to be able to see our open slots and schedule according to your calendar.

Usually, while finding a dress you like on our site, we ask you to pick only 2-5 you like the best and bring in a list with the Jaehee style number and designer of those dresses. While requesting a dress directly through our site, be sure to fill out all the information required, make sure your request type is under request, and enter your: name, email, phone, and wedding date.

We at Jaehee Bridal pride ourselves on making finding your dress a personal and fun experience. Our consultants are trained to help you find your dream gown and style you to feel your best on your big day. If you already have an idea for your dress, you can bring along photos, Pinterest boards, or even just a few notes. Through our site, you can find out the collection and even write down the dresses you like most!

We know talking about pricing is awkward but we at Jaehee bridal have a wide range of sizes and prices to accommodate for each unique bride. The majority of the dress in our store range from 1,500-7,000 and up but we are very flexible with that price line. If you have specific questions regarding a designers price range we will be happy to discuss this at your appointment or via email and phone.

A sample sale is when a boutique sells its gowns "off the rack". These are gowns that have been tried on before in the studio. It is a chance to get a designer gown at a fraction of the retail cost. While there may be some marks or damage to the gowns, however, we do take as much care as possible with our samples, so most will be in pretty good condition.

We recommend that you have a set wedding date and venue before looking for a dress. This way your consultant and yourself can have a good idea of what the dress should look like according to season and location. We want you to be able to feel good about your overall look on your big day! Gowns will arrive according to your wedding date, and we make an effort to make sure your dress is perfect by the time of your wedding. Start shopping about ten to twelve months in advance to ensure you have plenty of time to make up your mind without any stress!

You may wear whatever makes you comfortable underneath the gowns, but we do require underwear. If you have a strapless bra, go ahead and bring it with you. We also recommend bringing a pair of shoes in the style you plan to wear on your wedding day as well. In order not to damage the gowns, our stylists will join you in the fitting room to help you in and out of each of the gowns.

Yes! we offer a wide range of plus-size samples for our curvy brides. We have a complete plus-size wedding dress collection with over 100 gowns in sizes 16-34.

A trunk show is a designated time when we will have an extended selection of a particular designer. The trunk shows only last a couple of days, and appointments fill up quickly, so we recommend you book early if one of your favorite designers will be visiting and you want to be able to shop the whole line. Discounts apply on trunk show merchandise during the trunk show dates only.

Gowns typically arrive 3-4 months prior to your wedding date. Once your gown arrives you will schedule your first fitting with My Daughter's Wedding III. At your alterations appointment your alterations expert will have you try on your gown and will guide you through any suggested alterations to ensure your gown fits like a glove. Most brides will have 2-3 alterations visits to fine tune their gown. Typical alterations include, adding a bustle, hemming the gown, changing bust line/ cups, and small nips and tucks to fit the gown to the bride.
